Birth work invites us into some of life's most profound, tender, and challenging moments. While we spend so much time holding space for others, opportunities to gather and reflect together can be rare.

This art circle is an invitation for birth workers of all kinds to come together in community, share stories, connect with peers, and explore the experiences we carry through creative expression. Through simple art-making prompts and open conversation, we'll create space to process, witness, and honor the moments that have shaped us—both joyful and difficult.

No artistic experience is necessary. This is not an art class, therapy session, or professional birth debrief. I am not a birth expert or mental health professional. Rather, I am offering a welcoming space where birth workers can gather, create, reflect, and support one another through the power of storytelling, creativity, and connection.

New Parent Art Circle~ Creating through the joys and chaos of parenthood

Who: New Parents in their first year of parenting- Babes in arms welcome!

Price: $25 per person or $35 per couple

Parenthood changes us in ways we never expect. It brings immense joy, deep love, unexpected challenges, and countless stories that often go untold. Whether you're in the early days of caring for a newborn or finding your rhythm as a new parent, you don't have to navigate this season alone.

Join me for a welcoming art circle where we'll gather in community, share our experiences, and create space for honest conversation, creativity, and connection. Through simple artmaking, we'll explore our stories, process the journey of parenthood, and honor the transformations that come with raising children. No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to show up as you are.

As a childbirth educator, doula, and mother of four, I've had the privilege of supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I believe every parent deserves a place to be seen, heard, and supported. My hope is that this gathering becomes a space where we can connect, encourage one another, and have some fun.

Whether you are planning a home birth, birth center birth, or a low-intervention hospital birth, this class is designed to help you prepare for birth with confidence, connection, and trust in the wisdom of the body.

Together, we will explore the physiology of birth and the natural rhythms of labor, learning how the body and hormones work together to support the unfolding process of birth when safety, support, and freedom are protected. This class honors birth as both a transformational life experience and a deeply instinctive process.

Partners will learn how to offer grounded, nurturing support through every stage of labor using touch, movement, breath, comfort measures, advocacy, and intentional presence. We will discuss ways to create a calm and supportive birth environment, navigate choices with confidence, and work with labor rather than against it.

This class weaves practical preparation with a holistic and heart-centered approach, helping families feel informed, empowered, and connected as they prepare to welcome their baby. Perfect for anyone seeking a more conscious, physiological, and low-intervention approach to birth.
